What is the pre-screening criteria?
A. Our pre-screening criteria merely measures overall writing ability and care of work (grammar, etc…). Since we use a small sample of the work to assess, we do not judge the overall successful accomplishment of plot details or persuasiveness of thesis, etc…We will not accept any work we deem offensive or inflammatory.
How can I make my work stand out on IndieAuthors.com?
A. Quality is the single most important factor. We make a great effort to read all the work that is submitted, and feature or review what catches our eye the most. A. No, once you are a pre-approved author at IndieAuthors.com, you do not need to get approval for additional listings. However, if the quality of your work significantly goes down, it will be removed from IndieAuthors.com.

A. POD stands for print on demand. Print on demand is a publishing innovation which allows authors to place their work in book form without going to the expense of print-runs. Do you recommend any particular POD publisher?
A. We do not have any kind of referral/remuneration arrangement with any POD publisher. Whatever company you decide to use, make sure you thoroughly investigate their terms and royalty agreement to make sure they suit your needs. Shop around.
